I'm Kyle Winn, and I'm excited to connect and work with you! Since I don't expect you to work with a complete stranger, read on to get to know a bit about me.
I have always had a major interest in real estate. I can remember at 16 years old being so excited about finally getting my driver's license, because that meant I could go visit all the open houses I wanted! However, I chose a different career path immediately after high school. I attended UC Riverside, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with honors, and went on to join the aerospace industry as a composite airframe design engineer.
After six years as an engineer in aerospace, with real estate in the back of my mind since my teenage years, it was time for a change. To the surprise of many friends, family, and colleagues, I quit my great-paying engineering job to start wholesaling and flipping houses. During this time, I also obtained my real estate sales license, and since then, I have found more joy than I thought possible in real estate.
As a Real Estate Agent, my primary focus is simply helping people, and not sales. I don't consider myself a salesperson because I am not selling anything! I (usually) don't own the homes that are being bought and sold, so I consider myself a service provider, and I aim to be the best resource I can to my clients.
My goal is to create a positive experience for everyone I'm working with: buyers, sellers, team members, cooperating agents, corporate staff, etc. We're all in this industry seeking success, so it should be fun and enjoyable on the way up. See you at the top!
